What is included in my fee?

Your session fee includes all pre-planning of ideas/props/locations, the actual photography, and the meticulous editing I will be doing afterwards. It does not include prints or products but does include digital files available for download. It should be noted that the photo numbers listed are a MINIMUM that will be provided.

** Travel is NOT included however my fees are very minimal and I will travel to a lot of locations with no extra cost**

I would love to extend a discount to current/retired law enforcement, military, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, and nurses. I am currently offering 10% off your entire booking, regardless of what you're booking!

Teachers are able to receive 10% off their entire booking too!!!!

More of what is included

With any package, you will get a digital album of fully edited photographs. I also provide photos on a USB drive that will be mailed directly to you for weddings, if desired. I can provide a USB for other sessions at an additional cost.

A complimentary engagement session is also included in all wedding packages (other than elopements). You will receive full printing rights for every photo I give you.

Want to surprise your future spouse?

I have recently extended the offer to my clients to do a boudoir session prior to their wedding. There is nothing like surprising your spouse with a tasteful yet sensual photo album just before your wedding to ease their nerves. These will be done in a private studio and the photos are only released to you (or whomever you chose) via digital gallery. I am providing this service for an additional $200-$400, which essentially covers the studio fees, editing time, and photo prints/album. It makes an amazing gift. (Can be booked as a stand-alone session for the portrait fees + studio rental fees. Studio fees vary based on which studio we chose.)

Step 1

So you are going to spend more time with your photographer than your fiancé on your wedding day. That’s why I want to stress how important it is to mesh well with me! So let's make sure we're the perfect fit!

A great way to see if we all mesh is by booking an engagement session!

Step 2

I require a 25% deposit and a signed contract to book/hold your date, & that's it!

The rest can then be paid anytime up until the wedding/event! It'll just be due 1 week before your big day!

I also have payment plans available, just ask!! I know how daunting it can be to plan a wedding so I am more than willing to work something out with you.

Step 3

After booking, I'll walk you through what's next, but it's basically pretty simple!!

First we will discuss basics like date, location, goals, etc. We will come up with a rough timeline to get started. I will make sure we have a solid timeline when it comes to the day of.

While I am not your wedding coordinator and hated planning my own wedding, I am here for whatever you need. Vent sesh? Yup! Advice on vendors? I love bridal Facebook pages so of course I have advice. I will periodically check in to make sure you're doing okay.

FAQ

What is your typical shooting style?

I am NOT photogenic when I am being placed into poses. I love candid photographs of myself and that is the style I prefer to use with my clients. I will obviously provide direction and guidance but I find that candid photos really are a good representation of your true selves. I promise we will make magic. As far as editing, I am a big fan of "steering into the skid"/editing based on your wedding esthetic. I love a natural look with enhanced natural light and I also love a "moodier" look for those darker weddings. I edit to make the photos look slightly vintage and have a slight grain to give a film look. Again, let's talk about your wedding goals and we can figure out what style fits your vision. I will include black and white photos for photos I feel would benefit from that style.

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

Depending on the type of session, it can take anywhere from a week to 3 months. Weddings obviously take the longest however I will provide a preview on my Facebook within a day or two of your wedding! This is also seasonal ie. photos in the winter will come back faster than the summer. I take an average of 100+ photos an hour so I go through each one to decide which photos meet my standards and meticulously edit each one until I just about lose my mind. I do tend to over-deliver though.

Do you recommend hiring a videographer?

Yes yes YES! While I do not do videography, I have heard countless times from brides that they regret not hiring one. Please reach out if you need suggestions.

What if we're getting married abroad? Or having a destination wedding?

I do love traveling and we can definitely discuss pricing since every event would be different. Message me for details and we can set something up.

If you are doing a domestic destination wedding/elopement, I am open to travel and we can discuss specifics to see if it is doable.
